These Terms & Conditions govern any quote, estimate, or service booked with MRP Facility Services LLC ("MRP," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote, accepting an estimate, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Quotes provided over the phone, by email, or through the website form are estimates only until a crew has assessed the property in person. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from what was described at the time of the initial request.
We aim to arrive within the confirmed date and time window. Weather-dependent services, such as storm and freeze response, may be rescheduled at short notice for safety reasons, and standing contracts take priority during active storm events.
Invoices are issued after each completed visit unless a different billing schedule has been agreed in writing for a standing contract. Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
One-off jobs may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice. Standing seasonal contracts are subject to the cancellation terms set out in the signed agreement for that contract.
MRP carries appropriate insurance for the work it performs. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects not reasonably discoverable during a standard inspection, or delays caused by weather, supply availability, or access restrictions outside our control.
The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, including any gate codes, keys, or notice required for tenants or occupants.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
